When these crabs eat this kind of food, the crab has such a flavor, but it’s very cold, you should use ginger, it's warmer.

Ginger is divided into tender ginger and harder ginger. When the real plump ginger is to be eaten, wrap each piece in a plastic bag and freeze it in the refrigerator. Leave it for about one to two weeks, and put the ginger on your hand. One press, the juice came out. That juice is the best. Otherwise, ginger would have to smash it out, and it would not be good to use a juicer or grinder. Because in the process of making juice, when the fiber produced by friction is mixed with ginger juice, the taste of this ginger juice is poor, and it is not so good.
