I have been emphasizing that Taiwan has such a good specialty larvae. The fried eggs that children eat every morning are fried with larvae. There are about 50 or 60 fish heads. If buying very salty larvae, I suggest to soak them in water before picking them up, stir them with the egg yolks, add some green onions and other ingredients, if you are afraid of a fishy smell, put them with ginger juice and then fry them. There are many people who eat all the fish every day. I and I don’t agree with it. Why? Too much phosphorus. Because the phosphorus content of fish is the highest in animal protein, it is good to eat a little bit of fish. I don't agree with eating a lot.
