ZhuFuPing

乾龍勿用，下也。見龍在田，時舍也。終日乾乾，行事也。或躍在淵，自試也。飛龍在天，上治也。亢龍有悔，窮之災也。乾元用九，天下治也。

乾龍勿用，陽氣潛藏。見龍在田，天下文明。終日乾乾，與時偕行。或躍在淵，乾道乃革。飛龍在天，乃位乎天德。亢龍有悔，與時偕極。乾元用九，乃見天則。乾元者，始而亨者也，利貞者，性情也。乾始能以美利利天下，不言所利，大矣哉！大哉乾乎？剛健中正，純粹精也。六爻發揮，旁通情也。時乘六龍，以御天也。雲行雨施，天下平也。

This section of my opinion may not be what Confucius said. It may be close to what people like Laozi said because we need to understand the entire process of Confucius. We use a fate, or process, and he must cover up the bad things. why? The researcher Confucius was use a birthday on September 28. If he was September 28 of the solar calendar, he was born in You month. The male born in this month was like a cock. Eating should eat with women. Originally human nature is like this. No wonder politicians must go and worship him. Therefore, Confucius spoke highly of ghosts and gods. Now there are two kinds of explanations. I will ignore you. I will respect you very much when you are in a place far away. Far away I will treat you with humility. It can also be interpreted as such. I can also ignore you!

So Confucius was a language genius. Why Yijing itself can be used upside down with heaven and earth all the time, it can use TianDiTai, can also use as TianDiFou, so if you meet the Fou, whether it is extremely become Tai. But there is one more thing. It doesn't say as suck—when Tai over extreme, Fou will come? No. No, because Tai has passed and will not come again. What to do?

Then you must be on the DiSanQian or in the SanZerShuen. This is a very perfect logic. The logic of being a man can be done like this, and the logic of doing things. So why when people study they written records, so your study would not repeat and repeat. The I Ching itself has not been repeated. From Qian the heavens, Kun as earth, or from JiJi to WeiJi, it has not yet been repeated. This is the most amazing place on the Book of Changes.

The purpose of the I Ching is to teach humankind to remember that your bad should not be repeated every day. You should not think that you succeed on this point this day, then everyday will be successful. It is impossible. This is what I Ching said. Like the moon's circle. Some people say that face is like the moon, the first and fifteen are not the same. This is normal. If the moon is so round and bright everyday,  we would not know  which day is the first day and which day is fifteen. It must have been in perfect shape for a month before it entered. When looks at the shadow of the sun with bamboo pole, when the shadow is in what direction it will be, when it is long, it is the winter solstice, it must be south, and when it happens to reach the Tropic of Cancer, it must be the Wu month, in a certain period of time, the shadow is the longest in the north. It is the Zi month. It is a shadow, and it must be a circle of the moon for “ the month“.

This is called Yi, changing. When this kind of change happened, heaven, pond , fire, thunder, wind, water, mountain, land, in this case, when it met the sky, it showed up on this change, so in the northern part of Taiwan, you have to call it the northwest rain, which is very heavy, must be after noon rain. If, after May 8th, after the beginning of summer, a light rain or rain showers in the morning, the typhoon will come. This is very normal, if the raining period around May 22, the rain comes, then the rainy season will be long or short. It's very simple. As long as there is none stop at noon, it will be relatively short.if rain in the morning, stopped at noon and the sun comes up, and it started again at two o'clock in the afternoon and stopped again at midnight. This rain often took place for over twenty days.  if It had been rain down until the evening meal time, and was no rain, tomorrow and day after tomorrow. In this way, a maximum of one week the rain will be gone. This is the raining period in each area. Especially in the north is very efficacious.

Why when the typhoon come in the early time flooded Luzhou? If the typhoon come at the first or fifteenth of the old calendar, the northern typhoon came and Luzhou was flooded in earlier time. Because the old calendar first and the fifteenth day, we are called the tide. The tide rose nearly three meters higher than the summer tide. The northern typhoon blowing up the freshwater. The entire surface of the freshwater river is increased by one metre. How can it not be flooded? It is also flooded everywhere. The waters of the Tamsui River and Keelung River also could not flow out. The north wind came in from the sea. The first day and the fifteenth day was a tide. Of course, the second days and the sixteenth were also the tides. If there is a northern typhoon in these four days, I think it is very bad. So this is a record of this phenomenon in one region. It is a phenomenon that occurs when this kind of day is encountered.
