Use of vinegar
Vinegar is a seasoning. Where should this seasoning be placed? For noodles, if you want to eat noodles, you need to use vinegar. Otherwise, you will get gas. Don't add vinegar to rice moss. You need to put pepper and salt to cook salty.
Why add vinegar to noodles? Because there is a kind of protein chain in flour, the acetic acid in vinegar is used for that protein chain, so you won’t get gas after you eat it. If you don’t use vinegar, then you should drink the noodle soup. If you eat dumplings without vinegar, you should drink the dumpling soup, because the water used to cook the dumplings will dissolve the protein chains in the flour.
