Things to pay attention to when eating mangoes in summer
Master Chen Yikui believes that mango is a popular fruit in Taiwan in summer. Some people think that mango is a kind of hot fruit, but in fact it is not very "hot", but a kind of "break out" fruit, that is, it easily stimulates some qualitative properties in the body, so some people have acne and sores. I would recommend eating less mangoes.
But there is one very important thing that modern people should pay attention to when eating mangoes. Modern fruit merchants often pick some unripe fruits early due to transportation and efficiency considerations, and then ripen them.
In the past, we have shared that some fruits that were picked early, because they are not really ripe, still have some alkaloids, and these alkaloids will make some animals that eat them uncomfortable or poisonous in nature.
One way to determine whether a mango is really ripe is to look at its seeds. Normal mango seeds should be large and hard, so the mangoes that are picked before they are ripe will have soft, even thin slices. This kind of mango is not mature normally, and it will be picked before it grows well.
Because it is not matured normally, the "break out" nature of this mango may be more obvious. It is better to eat less of it.
